My family is super excited. My parents got their mission call. They are going to the New York Utica mission. Their mission is 2 hours away from Palmyra and 1 hour away from Lake Erie. If that helps directions wise. They leave May 19th. That is so soon. They will be serving a lot of their mission on a military base. My parents are really excited. I'm so glad that i have great parents that set such a good example for me and my child. Way to go Mom and Dad. I love you!

Yay! That is exciting that they finally got it and that they get to go there!!! We will be sad though when you move that much further away from us.
Lissa....that is SO EXCITING! Your parents will be the best missionaries. That is also a prime location for you to go and visit. I can't believe how soon they leave. That is nuts. Let us know how we can help you guys when you start your move. Tell your mom and dad congrats from us! Love ya.

Hooray! How exciting! You'll have to go visit them for sure. I cannot believe they leave that early. Wow! I knew they'd be serving on military base. My parents-in-law are currently serving on one in Italy. They love it!
